📢 Client News: Pennsylvania Literacy Coalition Holds Inaugural Summit


This week, our client, the Pennsylvania Literacy Coalition held its inaugural summit highlighting policies to improve literacy in Pennsylvania. Reporters from local television stations talked with participants and advocates, raising awareness of the need to aggressively solve Pennsylvania's literacy crisis.

Educators and Pennsylvania lawmakers gathered Wednesday at Harrisburg's Hilton Hotel for the Pennsylvania Literacy Summit, a day-long event aimed at raising awareness and funding for the state's classrooms. (CBS21)


A summit held on Wednesday brought together people from across the Commonwealth who are impacted by the literacy crisis. The Pennsylvania Literacy Coalition says just 33 percent of fourth graders in the state are proficient in reading.
